ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Oils & Fats
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- to taste white sesame seeds
Sauces & Condiments
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
ШАГИ
Scrape the skin off the burdock root with the back of a knife, slice diagonally, then julienne. Soak in water and drain.
Julienne the carrot and drain the tuna can.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add burdock root and carrot, stir-fry until softened. Add sake, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid, add tuna and the ☆ seasonings. Stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Serve and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
