    • 200g pancake mix
    • 💧 80cc water

    • 🍞 150g bread crust
    • 🥚 1 beaten egg

    • Enough salad oil for frying

    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 🌭 2 tbsp mustard

Cut bread crust into 7mm cubes and halve the string cheese.

Halve the sausages.

Skewer sausage and string cheese onto sticks, then wrap with cheddar cheese slices. Repeat for 4 sticks.

Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl to form dough. Divide into 4 portions and roll out to 12cm diameter. Wrap the skewers with the dough.

Coat the skewers with beaten egg and bread crust. Repeat for all skewers.

Heat salad oil to 160°C in a pan, fry the skewers until golden brown while rotating. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
