ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 2 pieces (350g) atsuage
- 2 shiso leaves
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Mayonnaise as needed
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
ШАГИ
Chop the shiso leaves roughly after removing the stems.
Wipe off excess oil from the atsuage and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, miso) in a bowl and add the chopped shiso leaves.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the atsuage over medium heat, rolling to brown all sides.
Place the atsuage on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, spread the seasoning mixture on top, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
Bake in a toaster oven for 7–10 minutes until golden brown.
