    • 150g thinly sliced beef tongue
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp miso

Combine sake, mirin, and miso in a storage bag and mix well. Add the beef tongue and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Remove excess miso from the beef tongue.

Heat half of the salad oil (1/4 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange half of the beef tongue slices in the pan and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with the remaining beef tongue and oil after cleaning the pan.
