ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves, chopped
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Starch
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken breast into 1cm cubes. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. Massage the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Chop the shiso leaves roughly. Add the shiso, canned corn, and potato starch to the marinated chicken mixture and mix well to form a batter.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/6 of the batter into the pan for each patty. Cook until golden brown on one side, flip, cover with a lid, and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
