ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Salt Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a plastic bag, mix all the marinade ingredients (☆). Add the chicken pieces, massage well, remove air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place the chicken skin-side down in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned, flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
