    • 1 piece of cod roe (50g)
  • Seaweed

    • 🟩 1 sheet of roasted nori

Place the cod roe on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and grill in a toaster for 3 minutes. Flip it over and grill for another 5 minutes until cooked through. Let it cool and cut into 4 pieces.

Cut the roasted nori sheet in half.

Spread half of the rice on a piece of plastic wrap, place one piece of grilled cod roe on top, and shape into a rice ball. Slightly indent the top of the rice ball and place another piece of cod roe on it. Wrap with one piece of nori. Repeat to make two rice balls.
