ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (200g)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 2 shiso leaves

Cut the mackerel into halves. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place the mackerel and seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) into a storage bag. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook on low heat until browned. Flip and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the mackerel with shiso leaves as garnish.
