    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 3 tbsp mirin

    • 2 shiso leaves

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook on low heat until browned. Flip and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
