ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel (140g)
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
ШАГИ
Cut the mackerel fillet in half diagonally. Sprinkle with salt and sake, let sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, miso, sugar) in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, brush with miso sauce, cover, and cook for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Place shiso leaves on a plate and serve the mackerel on top.
