ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 30g minced Nozawana pickles
Seafood
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
Seasoning
- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp concentrated men-tsuyu
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
ШАГИ
Mince the Nozawana pickles.
In a bowl, mix cooked white rice, minced Nozawana, shirasu, bonito flakes, and the seasoning ingredients. Divide into 4 portions.
Using plastic wrap, shape the mixture into 4 rice balls.
In a frying pan, divide the pizza cheese into 4 portions and place them on the pan over medium heat. Once the cheese melts, place the rice balls on top and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the rice balls and cook for another 3 minutes.
