ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 2 sardines, opened (160g)
Herbs
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Coating
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Pat the sardines dry with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the sardines skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cook the other side until browned. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened, coating the sardines.
Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
