Main Ingredients
- 🍄 350g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Blanch the oyster mushrooms in boiling water briefly, rinse in cold water, and remove excess moisture. Tear larger mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, mirin, minced green onion, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
Combine the oyster mushrooms with the marinade and let them sit to absorb the flavors.
Heat a frying pan with cooking oil and grill the marinated mushrooms. Since the mushrooms were blanched, they do not require long cooking.
