  • Garnish

    • 5g chopped kaiware sprouts

Remove peppers once browned and soak in the marinade. Cook the yellowtail for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.

Serve the yellowtail on a plate, pour the marinade over, and garnish with chopped kaiware sprouts.
