Bread
- 🍞 4 slices bread
Butter
- 🧈 1 piece butter
Vegetables
- 2-3 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Condiments
- 🧄 1.5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- sufficient amount strawberry jam
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the cabbage and onion, then prepare them.
Soak the sliced onion in cold water, then drain using a kitchen towel and mince.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté 1.5 cloves of minced garlic until golden.
Mix 2.5 tbsp mayonnaise with the sautéed garlic in a bowl.
Melt 1 piece of butter in a pan and toast the bread slices.
Spread strawberry jam on the toasted bread slices.
Spread the garlic mayonnaise mixture over the jam layer.
Top with the sliced cabbage and minced onion.
Drizzle ketchup over the vegetables and cover with another slice of bread.
