Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can canned ham
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
ШАГИ
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and slice the remaining vegetables thinly.
Cut the canned ham into cube shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic to infuse the oil with flavor.
Add the ham and cook until golden brown.
Add onion and chili pepper, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
Add bean sprouts and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, stir-frying until flavors meld.
Add green onion and stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
