Meat
- 🍗 100g ground chicken (breast)
Seafood
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (160g) napa cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt for soup
Liquid
- 💧 500cc water

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, crumbled hanpen, potato starch, grated ginger, sake, and a pinch of salt to form a meatball mixture.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs using your hands.
In a pot, bring 500cc of water to a boil and add 1/2 tsp salt.
Add the meatballs to the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
Add chopped napa cabbage and carrot slices to the pot and simmer until tender.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the soup before serving.
