ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 40g harusame
- 6 slices ham
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Ginger Sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the ham in half, then slice into 5mm wide strips.
Boil water in a pot and cook the harusame according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly. Toss with sesame oil in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the ginger sauce ingredients (grated ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce).
Add the ginger sauce and ham to the bowl with harusame. Mix well.
Plate the salad and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
