Dry Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 5g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 60g vegetable oil
Other Ingredients
- 🥕 200g grated carrot
ШАГИ
Mix 2 eggs, 60g sugar, and 60g vegetable oil in a bowl.
Sift 100g all-purpose flour and 5g baking powder into the mixture and combine.
Grate 200g carrot and fold it into the batter.
Mix the batter thoroughly. Add chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds for added texture, if desired.
Place parchment paper cups in muffin tins and fill each cup to 70% with batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes for mini muffins or 25-30 minutes for regular-sized muffins.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool before serving.
