ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 2 packs hikiwari natto
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the green onion thinly.
In a pot, bring water and dashi powder to a boil. Add shimeji mushrooms and green onion, and simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Dissolve miso paste into the soup and add hikiwari natto. Warm through before serving.
