ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 300g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, quartered
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 💧 150ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces and quarter the onion.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add pork belly and sear until browned. Add carrot and onion, stir until coated with oil.
Add all sauce ingredients, mix well, and close the lid. Cook under pressure for 20 minutes on low heat. Let the pressure release naturally.
