Place a shiso leaf, 1/8 portion of horse mackerel, and miso mixture onto a spring roll wrapper. Roll and seal the edges with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.

Heat 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 160°C and fry the rolls until golden brown on both sides.
