Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- 💧 80ml water
Coating
- Tempura flour for coating
Oil
- Vegetable oil for frying
ШАГИ
Pat dry the horse mackerel fillets with kitchen paper and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Lightly coat both sides with tempura flour.
In a bowl, mix tempura flour and water to create the batter.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a frying pan (about 2cm deep). Dip the fish fillets into the batter and carefully place them into the oil. Fry for about 2 minutes, flipping once, until crispy and cooked through.
