- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
Condiments
- A small amount of mustard sauce
- A small amount of ketchup

ШАГИ
Heat oil in a pan and lightly grill the sausages after making small cuts on them.
Trim the edges of the bread slices.
Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Place a slice of cheese on the flattened bread.
Add the grilled sausage on top of the cheese.
Roll the bread tightly around the sausage and cheese.
Dip the rolled bread into beaten egg.
Cover the egg-coated roll with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the rolls on medium-low heat.
Serve with ketchup, mustard sauce, and a sprinkle of sugar.
