ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 5 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
Sauce - Ponzu
- 2 tbsp concentrated noodle soup base
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Sauce - Sesame
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Cut the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them in half lengthwise.
Spread the bean sprouts evenly on the hot plate, then layer pork slices and shiso leaves alternately on top.
Pour sake over the ingredients, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 7–8 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Mix the ponzu sauce ingredients (mentuyu, lemon juice, water) in a bowl.
Mix the sesame sauce ingredients (miso, ground sesame, mayonnaise, water, ginger) in another bowl.
Serve the steamed shabu-shabu with both sauces on the side.
