- 100g boiled hotaru squid
Vegetables
- 100g nanohana (rapeseed blossoms)
- 200g grated daikon radish
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
ШАГИ
Remove the cartilage, eyes, and beak from the hotaru squid.
Cut the nanohana into halves. Grate the daikon radish and squeeze out excess water.
Place nanohana and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the hotaru squid, nanohana, grated daikon, and ponzu soy sauce.
