- 🐟 200g frozen salted mackerel fillets
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
ШАГИ
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the frozen mackerel fillets skin-side down and cook for about 1 minute without touching.
Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Use kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
