- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly crosswise. Place the sliced peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the green peppers, salted kombu, ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds. Mix well.
