Fish
- 🐟 400g salmon fillet
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Vegetables
- 150g grilled tofu
- 1/8 head of cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
ШАГИ
Cut cabbage, onion, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and chop the potato, then soak in water to remove excess starch.
Add water, dashi, and sake to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the potato and cook until tender.
Add cabbage, onion, carrot, tofu, and salmon fillet to the pot. Cook over medium heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
Dissolve miso into the soup and top with butter before serving.
