Fish
- 🐟 3 sardines
Vegetable
- 1/2 burdock root
Garnish
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🍋 lemon slices, as needed
Oil
- salad oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Peel the burdock root and slice it thinly. Soak in vinegar water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Prepare the sardines by removing the backbone, skin, and cleaning thoroughly. Chop finely with a knife.
Mix the sardines with the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the burdock root and combine well.
Deep-fry the mixture at 170°C until golden brown. Serve with lemon slices and shiso leaves.
