    • 300 ml hot water
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Garnish

    • 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
