- 200g Jerusalem artichoke, peeled and julienned
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil, drained
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Wash Jerusalem artichokes thoroughly, peel, and julienne them. Soak in water and drain.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
Drain the canned tuna lightly.
In a bowl, mix Jerusalem artichokes, carrot, cucumber, and the seasoning ingredients. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
