- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Tofu Products
- 2 pieces fried tofu
Condiments
- 🍶 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Chop the cabbage into coarse pieces and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain excess water.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut each piece in half.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, drained tuna, and the prepared cabbage.
Stuff the mixture into the fried tofu halves and secure the openings with toothpicks. Place them in a frying pan seam-side down and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
