- 🐟 2 fillets (260g) flounder
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Batter
- 40g tempura flour
- 💧 50cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp seaweed powder
ШАГИ
Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the tempura flour, water, salt, and seaweed powder in a bowl to create the batter.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 1cm depth). Dip the flounder pieces into the batter and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
