- 2 tofu pockets
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the long edge of the tofu pockets and chop the removed pieces.
Roughly chop the kimchi into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped kimchi, shredded cheese, and chopped tofu pocket pieces.
Open the tofu pockets and stuff them with the mixed filling. Secure the opening with a toothpick.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and cook the stuffed tofu pockets until golden brown.
