Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion for broth
- 🧅 Sliced green onion for garnish
Fermented Foods
- 2 ladles of chopped kimchi
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
Seafood
- 6 sheets of fish cake
Liquids
- 💧 1 liter water
- 1 tbsp crab soy sauce
- A dash of vinegar
- 1 tbsp tuna fish sauce
Spices
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chili powder
ШАГИ
Boil water with green onion until softened.
Strain the broth and press the green onion to extract juices.
Add kimchi, shrimp paste, minced garlic, chili powder, and crab soy sauce to the boiling broth.
Slice fish cake and green onion for garnish.
Add fish cake and sliced chili to the boiling soup.
Add sliced green onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
