ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 15g kiriboshi daikon
Protein
- 🧈 80g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Rinse the kiriboshi daikon thoroughly with water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Cut the firm tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
In a pot, add kiriboshi daikon, water, and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add tofu and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the daikon softens.
Turn off the heat, dissolve miso into the soup, and heat over medium heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat.
