Main Ingredient
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 4 thinly sliced shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Soak kiriboshi daikon in water for 20 minutes to rehydrate, then drain well and cut into bite-sized lengths using scissors.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, combine the kiriboshi daikon, shiso leaves, and all seasoning ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated.
