Main Ingredients
- 400g konjac noodles
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 4 perilla leaves
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Prepare the bean sprouts by cleaning them thoroughly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Boil the bean sprouts with a pinch of salt for 4 minutes.
Blanch the konjac noodles in boiling water for 1 minute without salt.
Cool the bean sprouts and konjac noodles under cold water to remove heat.
Combine konjac noodles, bean sprouts, and sliced perilla leaves. Add the sauce and mix well. Serve with a boiled egg.
