ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (300g) konjac
- 1 piece (150g) bamboo shoot (boiled)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and boil for about 1 minute. Drain the water.
Dry-fry the konjac over medium heat for about 1 minute to remove excess moisture. Then add sesame oil and bamboo shoot, and continue stir-frying.
Add the seasonings (☆) and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed and the ingredients are well-coated.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes.
