Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet (300g) konjac
- 200g lotus root
- 2g bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
ШАГИ
Cut the konjac into a grid pattern and tear into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Slice the lotus root into bite-sized pieces and soak in water.
Boil water in a pot, add konjac, and simmer over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Drain the water.
Add the seasonings (☆), konjac, and lotus root to a pot. Place a drop lid and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and drop lid, then simmer until the liquid reduces by half.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with bonito flakes.
