ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 200g ground chicken
- 1 large lotus root (about 250g)
- 1 bag konjac (about 180g)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 🧂 1 tsp salt for konjac boiling
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt for simmering
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 2/3 cups water
Thickening
- 1 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Boil konjac in water with 1 tsp salt for 5 minutes to remove odor, then drain.
Peel and slice the lotus root into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan and sauté ground chicken until cooked through.
Add lotus root and konjac to the pan, then stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and 2/3 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix potato starch and water to create a slurry, then slowly add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Serve warm as a side or main dish.
