ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 50g dried pollack
- 400g radish, sliced
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1500ml water
ШАГИ
Soak 50g of dried pollack in water until softened.
Slice 400g of radish into thin pieces.
Cut the soaked pollack into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, then stir-fry the radish and pollack for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add 1500ml of water to the pot.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce, and 1 tbsp anchovy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Skim off any foam from the surface and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Beat 3 eggs and add them to the soup along with chopped green onions. Bring to a quick boil and serve.
