Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the tofu block into thick slices and prepare to fry.
Heat a pan with enough cooking oil and fry tofu on medium-low heat until golden brown.
Slice green chilies, red chili, green onion, and onion as instructed.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, gochujang, chili powder, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
Add sliced vegetables to the sauce and mix well.
Place the fried tofu on a plate and pour the sauce mixture over the tofu.
Add 200ml of water to the pan and pour it over the tofu and sauce mixture.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce is absorbed and the tofu is well-coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
