Main
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves (320g)
- 🧀 4 slices of melting cheese
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Toppings
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- Chili threads, as needed
ШАГИ
Wash the cabbage leaves and stack them on a microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until softened. Let cool.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, BBQ sauce, and gochujang) in a bowl.
Place one slice of melting cheese and one sausage on a cabbage leaf. Roll tightly from one end. Repeat for all 4 rolls.
Arrange the rolls seam-side down in a microwave-safe container. Pour the sauce over the rolls, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and chili threads.
