Fish
- 🐟 150g tuna
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 bunch green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 50g kimchi
- soy sauce to taste
Oils
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seaweed
- 2 sheets seaweed
ШАГИ
Slice the tuna into 7mm thick pieces.
Trim the green onion roots and slice thinly at an angle. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Mix the green onion and kimchi in a bowl to create a green onion kimchi mixture.
Arrange the tuna slices on a plate and top with the green onion kimchi mixture.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then pour over the tuna and kimchi. Tear the seaweed into pieces and sprinkle on top. Add soy sauce to taste.
