ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1 cup chopped chives
- 🥒 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 chopped green chili
Batter
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
Cooking
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
ШАГИ
Mix pancake mix with water to create a thick batter. Add 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil to enhance crispiness.
Add chopped chives, zucchini, onion, carrot, and chili to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Spread the batter thinly on the pan.
