ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥓 40g thick-cut bacon
Legumes
- 80g dried lentils
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced (50g)
- 🥕 50g carrot, diced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced (150g)
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Spices
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
Soup Base
- 500cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ШАГИ
Wash the lentils and drain them.
Dice the onion and carrot into 1cm cubes. Remove the tomato stem and dice it into 1cm cubes. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Cut the bacon into 1cm cubes.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and cumin seeds in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and carrot, and sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add tomato, bacon, lentils, water, salt, pepper, consomme, and bay leaf. Stir and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
