Main Ingredients
- 🥡 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Binding Ingredients
- 🌾 1 tbsp flour
ШАГИ
Mash the tofu in a bowl until smooth.
Finely chop the green onion, carrot, and zucchini, then add them to the tofu.
Add the egg, curry powder, pepper, salt, and flour to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into small steak-like patties.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and pan-fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
