- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chili flakes
ШАГИ
Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut the garlic clove in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili flakes. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and maitake mushrooms, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
