Main Ingredients
- 125g konjac
- 100g maitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chili pepper
ШАГИ
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper, then cut it in half. Tear konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Boil konjac in enough water to cover it for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
Return konjac to the pot and stir-fry over medium heat for 1–2 minutes to evaporate moisture. Push konjac to the side, add sesame oil and maitake mushrooms, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chili), and mix well. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce is slightly reduced.
